G.CD.667 Modifications to Rear Axle Shafts and Bevel Wheels.

The splines on the shafts and the serrations in the bevel wheels have been increased by .050" on the diameter. Before the commencement of the taper on the shafts there is a 3.000 long parallel portion .025" smaller in diameter than the bottom of the splines.

A larger diameter "Amgus" oil seal is required.

The crown wheel bearing cover is altered.

The modifications should be incorporated in the details now being made.
