Copy to Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/AES. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}S/SW. The Light Production Co. Ltd., 68, Liverpool Road, Trading Estate, SLOUGH. Order No.55556. Dear Mr. Brooks, Our order office have passed on your letter dated October 13th, in respect of Gudgeon Pins RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}2704. We have been giving this matter some consideration, and as you may know, the question of generally lightening our piston and its component parts is all tied up in one job. We are trying to keep a very small amount of chassis interest circulating in our veins, but we have got to the stage at the present time where the arteries are beginning to harden. A little later on the Writer would like to call and see you, so that we can review the piston job. We can fix a date later on. Yours sincerely, | ||
