The cross holes in the shackle bolts for lubrication should be drilled right through from side to side as mentioned in our previous memo. 2. The rear bolt boss should be made deeper as suggested by you and Mr. Royce would like a special bolt used in conjunction with is as drawn on the attached blue print of N.sch.741.
