-5- R/TSE.1/M.CS.4.37. P.III. (Cont'd) A further scheme has been prepared and will be instructed, of a starting handle outside the bumpers with the front bearing carried off the bumpers. This scheme allows the bumpers to be moved back if required, as the present limit on their position is clearance for the starting handle between the bumpers and the front apron. The support off the bumpers consists of a simple plate bracket which can be turned down out of sight behind the bumper when not in use by slackening a thumb nut. Bentley. It is not proposed to make any modification to the present Bentley, but the one piece handle will, if satisfactory, be applied to Bentley Ill, using Wraith Ill, parts. S/SGH.{Sir Stanley Hooker} | ||
