We will arrange to have the EAC. car ready at Derby on Thursday evening so that you can drive it back on Friday.

We have not been able to give as much time to this car as we should have wished because of the rush on the adopted scheme of brakes and also the two 10,000 miles test cars which have been sent to France.

Although the car may not have the final modifications, it will be well worth your trying - it will have the final adopted scheme of brakes.

We do not wish to work the Expl: Dept: this holiday - the Department has not been shut down for a holiday since last August.
