Will you kindly supply two photostat copies of the reference table attached. As regards size, this is to go in the lid {A. J. Lidsey} of a box, the inside dimensions of which, from right to left, is 8". Therefore, the photostat copy of the table must not exceed 8" in width, and we would prefer not to have it less than, say, about 7". Will you kindly arrange for the size of the photostat accordingly.
