Oy3-E-1826 -2- January 8, 1926. 38.15 for the Phantom is at a disadvantage, in weight, in axle ratio, and in compression ratio. The marvellous thing about the Phantom is that in spite of having a lower figure than any other car on the road, it can leave them all standing in actual performance. But if we could get a compression of 4.5 or so (and incidentally get the piston skirt more central with the piston) it would [strikethrough]most[/strikethrough] put us so much further ahead.
