To Sft{Mr Swift}/WEP. 1129 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards}4/JH.26.4.37. Chassis S/C Unit. A scheme has been put through for insirting a D.P. x 1 water brake between the motor and engine on No.2a bed. If this could be done at the end of next week it would leave an electric motor free for Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}'s. conn. rod rig at the same time allowing millwrights to proceed on 2c bed with the valve rig. Also running on the single cylinder unit would not be interupted for more than a few days. We should be glad therefore if you would urge the various parts for this bed and allow the above scheme to be put into operation. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Ed.{J. L. Edwards} | ||
