I have got Drawing Office moving rapidly with this job. The Die Casting people are sinking dies for some new reinforced pivots. Mr. Madin hopes to get some of these before the holidays. I have had a conference with Messrs. Madin and Spinney this morning, and they have promised to push forward the Dunlop Wheels with closer centres with a view of making them standard as soon as possible. Mr. Spinney has also promised to tackle a number of other jobs re pivots, which Mr. Royce has suggested, and to give these jobs preference. | ||
