81069 E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. c. to By/RD. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.4/MA.24.11.33. WIRING FOR DUEL HORNS ON R.R. AND BENTLEY CHASSIS. We have noted on a Bentley Chassis that the wiring for the horns passes up the head lamp pillar and emerges through a hole drilled in the pillar. There is no protecting ferrule for this hole and we are afraid the wire will chafe and fray and eventually short circuit. We suggest that a small ebonite or bakelite ferrule be fitted into the hole to prevent this happening. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
