.x4165 W/S. To H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} from EFC. EFC2/T7.7.23. With reference to H2/TB/6.7.23, St1/TB/14.6.23 and St2/TB/1.6.23, re electrical wiring connections on 40/50, a standardisation sheet was completed on 6.6.21 for a new arrangement of the wiring, in which the main switch and actuator box were arranged in series & instead of as previously in parallel, and in which also the main switch was provided with separate terminals for the actuating coil and main switch contacts, so that the irregularity to which St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} referred, including other irregularities we have experienced on test due to the earthing of the push button switch contact, are now completely obviated. The fault referred to had, of course, been quite well known by us though we do not remember previously hearing of a case in which this fault caused any similar trouble. MADE AT CROXLEY EFC. | ||
