To ROY{Sir Henry Royce}, from EFC.

EFC5/T12.11.23.

X.3741 - RUNBAKEN SYRINGE HYDROMETER.

Herewith copy of my assistant's report on the test of this hydrometer. It is not considered that this hydrometer would be so suitable for a chassis purpose as the 'Perfection' or the 'Exide' we tested recently, though perhaps it has advantages as a pocket instrument.

We therefore do not consider we have any further interest in this particular hydrometer.

Hydrometer returned herewith.

EFC.
