From the tests carried out, a double system of exhaust should be incorporated on B.III which together with the new camshaft we are producing should give a silenced figure of 125 BHP. and maximum M.E.P. of 120 lbs/sq.in. against the present production Bentley of 110-112 BHP. and maximum M.E.P. of 113-115 lbs/sq.in. and yet retain a better standard of idling and quieter operation of valve gear.
