Pratt and Manley, and the writer, on the occasion of our visit to your Factory yesterday, re our GIRLING BRAKS. We sincerely trust, that when you have perused the Prints we have left with you, you will be good enough to loan us a Chassis, so that we can fit same up with this Girling BRAKE System, which we will agree to do free of charge. When the Chassis is in our Factory, same will be covered by Insurance, so that there is no possible loss to your goodselves. Kindly believe, that we make no idle boast, when we say--that this is the Finest Mechanical Braking System in this country, and apart from it's wonderful smoothness in operation, the stopping distances are phenomenal.
