-2- This in my view should be done on all P.III's without delay. It is satisfactory to know that as soon as he car reached the open road yesterday the temperature fell to the neighbourhood of 80° which again seems to indicate that the pump is inefficient at low speeds. Mr. Whigham's only other criticism of the car is difficulty in starting when the engine is hot. He seems to experience this in spite of having already the information which, at last week's Derby Conference, we decided to circulate by means of a leaflet. H.{Arthur M.
