| (2) Regarding the action of the shutters we think that a set should be fitted up having considerably more slack in all bearings and definitely arranged to operate with about one third of the frictional resistance at present encountered. These could then be tested to see what, if any, disadvantage occurred with the increased slack. CARBURATION. This will be improved by free-r action of the radiator shutters. DYNAMO CHARGING.
