Mr. Hives and Mr. Haldenby will be travelling to Glasgow by the train during the night of Wednesday-Thursday of next week; i.e., leaving Trent 12.15 a.m. on Thursday. Will you please arrange for them to be conveyed to Trent Station, calling first for Mr. Hives, and then for Mr. Haldenby.

Will you also please arrange for a car to meet them at Glasgow, at 7.31 a.m. on Thursday. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will provide the car, which will be required for the rest of the week, and over the Whit. Holiday.

The driver should arrange for the collection of the heavy luggage and golf clubs, and take this in the car, so that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} can travel with the minimum of luggage.
