K6153. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.3/MA. 13th June, 1934. Messrs.Philco Radio & Television Corporation of Great Britain Ltd., Aintree Road, Perivale, Greenford, Middlesex. Dear Sirs, Confirming the visit of your representatives to our Works yesterday we are sending you herewith twentyone (21) wiring diagrams of the Bentley Chassis for the use of your Service Stations. We pointed out to you that we would require you until further notice to tap your L.T. feed wire from the two accessory fuses at the extreme right of the fuse distribution board, the fuse feeding the light current accessories. It was also arranged that you would fulfill our order for the remaining suppressors and we are arranging for them to be put on engine test immediately to ascertain if any effect is noticeable on sparking plug performance. We confirm from our bench tests that the suppressors make little difference to the ignition performance. As agreed we are looking into the question immediately of supplying suitable space on the chassis for the fitting of the set you kindly left us on loan. We shall be glad if you will not hesitate to write us on any subject on which you are not quite clear regarding the fitting of radio sets to any of our Chassis. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
