Please note, we have today received from Sanderson & Holmes, Ltd., a credit note for £20. being allowance for two secondhand bodies experimental which they have purchased and agreed in letters of the 26th October Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}29/JH of the 20th November Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}22/JH. We do not appear to have been notified of this transaction and we shall be glad if you will let us know as quickly as possible if the amount credited is correct and also the Chassis Nos., from which the Bodies were dismantled. You will agree it is essential that we should be advised immediately of transactions of this description in order that we may watch for credits and trust in future you will see that we are notified and oblige.
