We appreciate that as the 'ESSO' people are good friends of yours you want to do what you can to help their advertising. In view, however, of the plug trouble which arises from the use of this petrol, and which is still with us, we should certainly hesitate to make a statement that we have never noticed any deterioration of metals in contact with 'ESSO'. Otherwise, we see no objection to your statement, except that in England we are definitely recommending 'DISCOL' at the present moment owing to this plug trouble.
