Inquiry regarding interest in a second-hand Barker Landaulette body from a 1913 chassis.

COPY. X.189 attached 15 3 20 C7/C12.3.20. The only second-hand Landaulette we know of at present is a Barker body taken off a 1913 chassis, and which is now at Lawtons. We mentioned this to Mr. Hives. The price us probably about £150. It would have to be altered to suit the modern scuttle. The body is sound and in fairly good condition, but of course it is rather high as compared with the present fashion. This, however, would be no disadvantage from the point of view of testing for "swaying" presumably. Are you interested in this ? C. | ||
