To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} 86116. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.9/JH.13.2.36. P.100 Headlamps on 21-G-IV. A pair of new Lucas lamps, of the above type, recently fitted to 21-G-IV. have failed; one in respect of dipping mechanism, and both in respect of the tripod plunger, contact.
