Replying to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/Lg17728., the pipe from the frame to the axle is intended to be dispensed with under the present lubrication system, so that we do not propose to take any action with reference to this fracture for the present.
