On Thursday last, the 8th inst., we took back to the Adamant Engineering Co., Luton, the Marles Type L.7 Steering Gear which they supplied to us recently. While we were there they changed the cam and rockershaft of the gear in order to lower the ratio of the steering, and we brought the gear back to Derby with us. They also supplied us with 1 gallon of special oil for this gear.

Will you please deal with this matter accordingly when you receive an invoice. Their Works Order No. for this job was 98664.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/F.J.Hardy.
