With reference to DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/M.20.6.31. we send you herewith print of Sch. 1508 which we have prepared on the lines you suggest showing how the dropped side plates should be extended further forward to avoid a gap between the bonnet and the chassis.
It certainly seems advisable to make this alteration to any dropped sided bonnets we may have to supply to meet individual customers requirements which we are doing from time to time.
