Please receive herewith the following scheme
F.CD.526 Mud Excluders at Front End.
To prevent mud and water from splashing over the front of the engine and getting into the frame side channels, we have designed a mud excluder to be riveted to the face plate and overhang the frame to seal the gap between the frame and face plate at the front.
The three lightening holes on the outside of the front end of the frame have been masked by aluminium cover plates held by 3.BA. screws.
