22 1204 ALL TESTERS To all Officials, Superintendents & Foremen. Please note Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/3/1939. A complaint is made that the telephone switchboard is blocked with private calls and that this interferes with the normal business of the Company. The use of the telephone for private purposes is restricted to urgent matters such as illness, or anything of that character; and private calls should not be made indiscriminately.
