RE AIR PUMP FOR TYRES.
BY2-P13.7.21.

Col. Hutchinson, last time I was down in London, remarked that he was not satisfied with the Maxfield pump at all. Originally we told him that it did not appear to be a very good job, but he was then unable to await production of the Rolls Royce pump.

There appears to be some further possibility of a further order for Armoured Cars, and if this is the case they will most probably specify the Rolls Royce Air Pump, which Col. Hutchinson knows of as running experimentally.

What are your views in regard to the Pump if we are asked to fit it?
