Origin: To avoid Coachbuilders drilling frame. Experimental Test Report. There is considerable difficulty in obtaining the necessary clearances for shock absorbers when Coachbuilders are left to fix bracket for luggage grids. Road Test Report. Fitted to 6.EX - run 8000 miles. Fitted to 4-EX - run 16,000 miles. No troubles. A Scrap and replace at all costs, including Chassis already delivered to customers. B Scrap and replace on Chassis in works. C Scrap present stock and replace on all Chassis not yet handed to test. D Use existing stock Alteration effective on future Chassis. Weight of Old Part.
