PHANTOM III. OIL COOLER FAILURES.

In order to trace any particular cooler, it is necessary to keep a record of the serial number which is stamped on each, together with the serial number of the engine to which the cooler is fitted.

Will you please arrange for this information to be supplied in respect of all chassis going out of Erecting Bay this week.
