Messrs. N. Greening & Sons Ltd.,
Warrington.

Dear Sirs,

We send you herewith a rough sketch of a filter gauge cup which we require for experimental purposes. We should like you to make up three of these cups and forward them to us at the earliest possible moment. We have specified a given mesh, wire and material on the drawing, but these are elastic. We require an apperture of approx. 1/8" and the metal has to resist corrosion due to being immersed in hot water.

If you can accelerate delivery of these cups by changing the mesh slightly or the material by all means do so.

An early delivery would be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
