Further to our memo EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}9 /H13.2.24, we shall be glad to know what prospects there are of our receiving supplies of plugs with the extra long external mica insulation to replace the plugs in stock of the old type. As a matter of fact, we have received a further complaint from a customer of unsatisfactory sparking plugs, and we find that five of the plugs in this instance have the trouble referred to in our previous report, and one of the plugs has an internal leakage. Will you please let us have labels for returning these to the K.L.G. people for replacement as we have had to get this customer going with six plugs from our stock, and we are consequently this quantity short .
