RE. DIPPING HEAD LIGHTS.

Referring to your Wa{Mr Wallis}3/Go16.1.23.

We consider the Barker scheme of dipping head lights is the best we know of at present. On the set we have, we modified them considerably. Even if they are fitted up in the manner specified by Barkers, they are quite satisfactory. We are developing experimentally a scheme of our own for dipping head lights but it will be several months before it will be through.
