X5720 15350 S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} C6/C28.3.28 Can you please tell me the position in regard to the lower geared axle. We have a customer who is charmed with the 20 h.p. with the exception of the acceleration - he does not want a better top speed performance. He was not pleased with this on the first c ar he tried, so we fitted him up with a car weighing 30 cwt.complete, as he is going to have a light body, and this seemed to please him except that he still thought that to make a perfect touring car he wants a little more power. I am wondering whether we might give him the compression he requires with the lower geared axle, but I am not certain of the position in regard to this. Will you please let me know. C. | ||
