PY/No. [REDACTED] c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 6021. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}16/G.8.2.38. WRAITH 111. BATTERY & BOX. Please receive herewith F.CD.466 Lowered Battery Box. The box is lowered 1.125 to accommodate a 25/30 type battery; the Wraith type not having proved satisfactory and also restricting the coachwork in a way not acceptable to Sales. The restricting ground clearance is still .500 better than 25/30. The battery is a 25/30 with the terminals handed only. We have taken the opportunity to shew the junction box rotated 90º to improve the run of the wires. This applies to the 100 sets. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
