Further to our recent correspondence in connection with the above, please be advised that we have despatched to you by Passenger Train to-day four sample 10" driven plate assemblies, as promised, for experimental purposes. Particulars of these driven plates are as follows:- 1 - 10" Driven Plate Assembly Part No.41132 Modified i.e., having stop pins with shoulder thickness .154" .151" and one spacer fitted to flywheel side. Plate marked 'A'. 1 - 10" Driven Plate Assembly Part No.41132 Modified i.e., having stop pins with shoulder thickness .154" .151" and two spacers (one on each side). Plate marked 'B'. 1 - 10" Driven Plate Assembly Part No.41132 Modified i.e., having stop pins with shoulder thickness .167" .162" and two spacers on flywheel side. Plate marked 'C'. limits 1 - 10" Driven Plate Assembly Part No.41132 Modified i.e., having stop pins with shoulder thickness .154" .151" and two spacers (one on each side), also damper springs 150/165-lbs coloured yellow.
