Dear Sirs,

I have been in telephonic communication with the Southwark Manufacturing Co. Ltd. of Birmingham enquiring about six corrujoint washers of which we are rather urgently in need.

They advised me to send the drawing to you and I am accordingly enclosing a print of EB.1999, which will give all the necessary sizes. This was originally drawn for C & A but is now too thick and we require a .010" joint. Otherwise the sizes etc. are O.K.

As we are more or less waiting for this joint we should very much appreciate an early delivery. An official order is being sent to the Birmingham Works through our Order Office.

Yours faithfully

For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
