Dear Sirs, With reference to our visit, and conversation with your Mr Hives at Derby on Friday last, re: the matter of Revolver Charge on Tudor Chassis. These we advised you, we are immediately preparing new designs for a fresh place for locating the screw for the fitting of same, for your sanction. In the meantime, so that the matter will not suffer any undue delay, we have had the matter carefully detailed. I have one of our men on the job now, at the works, fitting the wood segment to the board, and a new revolving disc, screwed into place of the clock on the board, and having a small plate in place of the one at present on the bottom of the instrument, to effect the flush fitting. We hope to send you down preliminary to next week for your inspection. Should you decide to go with these values, we can guarantee completed deliveries of the special fittings at a rate of 20 a week, delivery commencing in 3/4 weeks from the date of placing the order. We shall also be pleased to quote you with our price on receipt of a sample submitted. Also we have telegraphed you, as we are withdrawing | ||
