When and where week-end and holiday work is necessary, ample warning must be given to Mr. Peskett so that arrangements can be made regarding power and other supplies and all the necessary people, such as ambulance men and others, informed. Steps should be taken as far as possible to eliminate overtime, and week-end work in particular, but where it is absolutely necessary, notification should be sent to Mr. Peskett by mid-day on the Friday of each week, so that proper arrangements can be made.
