Dear Sirs,
We wish to thank you for the courteous interview granted to the writer by Mr. Robotham on Friday last when various questions concerning carburetters were discussed, as follows:-
1. We are preparing a carburetter for the Phantom III Engine, with a cheaper finish, like the sample for the 20/25 hp. Engine that we posted direct to you on Monday.
2. We estimate that the cost of a Twin Carburetter like the sample A.A.2 that you have, suitable for your 20/25 hp. Engine, will be between £5 and £5.10.0. on the understanding that you allow us to buy from America such parts as we think fit.
It is understood that this price will include your special stove-enamel finish, with your special nickel plated levers etc. Naturally, this price is only an approximation, as it all depends whether you require any special modifications, but if not, it may be we could do even better as we are pressing
