TO HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Copy to EHS. re. FIBRE WEDGES ON BODY DOORS. I was unable to examine the body 10.G.111. for longer than about a quarter of an hour, and could not pay any attention to such details as fibre wedges on the doors. I believe these wedges are also fitted to 7-EX. We therefore suggest that the Coachwork Dept. in London would no doubt like to give us their views. We ourselves have certainly had considerable trouble with fibre whenever it is exposed to the atmosphere. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
