because all the new features are generally less likely to cause us difficulty than our experience with front wheel brakes.

To keep up continuity of our present chassis at 9 per week, we should have material for a further series in our Stores November and December. We must come to a decision most urgently, because we should have ordered material about three weeks ago to keep up a continuity of the present chassis.

We suggest, therefore, that you consider the advisability of immediately giving us instructions to order material for a further 100 sets of the present type chassis, and that nine weeks later we consider whether it is still necessary to order a further 100.
