We feel that actually if we supplied two fans, one for normal use and the other for tropical countries or customers living in Switzerland, we could probably get another 10% off the bottom of the radiator without getting into difficulties. We are confirming the figures for the 70 m.m. Harrison matrix as we think this may be a useful depth if we wish to put a cross member between the frame and the radiator. With regard to the difference in carb. air intake temperatures between thermostatically controlled shutters as opposed to bypass, we are making a separate report on this including an indication of its effect on carburetion.
