Herewith we hand you the duplex push button switch belonging to the 9-EX equipment after duly examining this. Before this is replaced on the car we consider that the carbon contacts should be replaced, and the metallic contacts trued up. Otherwise O.K. In regard to the main and relay switch unit which we are returning to you at the same time, we find this upon inspection to be in O.K. order, so that it may be replaced on the car without further work upon it.
