A.{Mr Adams} GALLENKAMP & Co., Ltd. continued M.......................................... and a portion of the scale plate cut away to expose the movement, making it not only an indicating instrument which can be used with the whole range of cheap multipliers supplied for the "Alltest", instrument but of use as a demonstration apparatus as well. We are able to supply a carrier for the "Alltest" shunts and bobbin resistances which can be fixed to the wooden batten, a pair of potential leads connecting the instrument with a shunt for current measurements or a resistance for potential measurements. The Indicator has a scale length of 6", is figured 0/15 and has 75 scale divisions, each division therefore representing 1 m/v and .1 m/a.{Mr Adams} The instrument could be supplied with either a spade or knife-edge pointer as ordered. The price of the instrument with back terminals is £3 9s. 6d. an extra 3s. 3d. being charged if front terminals are required. The shunt and resistance carrier price is 10s. 0d. each. The price of multipliers can be obtained from the "Alltest" Leaflet. The advantage of the use of this new instrument is that it can be used for current indication with any existing shunts comply-ing with the British Engineering Standards Association Specification 89 and for potential indication with most standard resistances. Yours faithfully, A.{Mr Adams} GALLENKAMP & CO., LIMITED, Geo. L. Duncan ADVERTISING MANAGER. | ||
