X. 3457. RE BRAKE BRACKETS ON REAR TUBES.
I am expecting you to test whether the brake brackets on the rear axle tubes can be bolted and sweated instead of brazed. This practice would be very useful in the new cars, and is highly desirable when we use back axle tubes which require exact heat treatment.
R. {Sir Henry Royce}
