For the attention of Mr. C. S. Steadman.

Dear Sirs,

As plans have already been made for the balance of this week and our factory will be closed for the holidays between August 22nd and 27th, we must ask you to delay visiting us until the week beginning 29th August.

We regret that this delay must occur, but under the circumstances it would not be possible to give the information you desire earlier.

If you will kindly indicate a date suitable to yourself we shall arrange accordingly.

Meanwhile the requested information on tool charges will be submitted to you
