To CWB. from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} +3317 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG28.3.28. BUICK CAR. With reference to your CWB6/GM27.3.28. You have already had a copy of our report on this car. We thought that you would probably like to pass on any information you thought desirable from the report. The only thing that rather puzzled us was the rattle which emanated from the damper when the critical period was reached. We should like to know if this is a feature of the Summers Harmonic Balancer. We were satisfied that the damper dealt with the harmonics quite satisfactorily. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
