Dear Mr. Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter dated the 19th inst.,

I note you suggest Thursday, October 28th as being a suitable date for your visit to our works.

I feel, however, that as we shall not be in production by that date, it would be preferable for you to defer your visit until a later date, say the third week in November.

Perhaps you will confirm that this is agreeable to you.

In regard to my visit, to Derby, perhaps we can arrange this when you come to our works.
