BENTLEY 111 - SPECIAL.

In dealing with the above matter, and assuming that as a result of the proposed visit Jack Barclay would like to buy some cars, I would like to suggest that since the body is so great a factor in the question of the performance generally that we should sell the complete car.

From what one knows of J.B. if he had any idea where the body could be bought, one imagines he would be on the spot immediately trying to make terms for a special supply of bodies. One would suggest that this would be countered by the above proposal that we sell only complete cars of this type, our reason being that we have had to spend a considerable amount of time and energy to produce a body which has a minimum weight, with a low wind resistance, and having done so we should reap the benefit.
